Impact

When Northern Telecom merged with Bay Networks, Nortel Networks was born - and that prompted a whole new look. Not a minor change. A radical change. Existing collateral needed updating. New collateral needed to be created. And in this case the target was not only the client's target audience, but the many levels of Nortel Networks management evaluating the corporate makeover.

We got in the game so early that corporate standards were changing on a weekly - sometimes daily - basis. Phone lines were humming. Email was flying. Designs and copy were revised and refined, rethought and redefined. And, of course, everything was needed yesterday.

Here's where it really pays to be able to move and change direction quickly without losing sight of the main objective. Because when the dust settled, this is what we heard: "Terrific!" "Beautiful!" "I love it."

That's what Nortel Networks wanted. And that's what we wanted too.
